Pros

This job does not require any effort or skills. There are decent snacks for sale in the break room. The schedule is flexible.

Cons

This job requires just the bare minimum of attention that prevents you from doing anything else, forcing you to sit for hours on end in the most bored state I've ever personally experienced. Your pay is based on how many appointments you set, which means it's basically random. You have no control over how many calls you make get answered and how many of those become appointments, yet your pay is based on it. Theoretically, if you got enough appointments, you could be getting 20 an hour, but nobody does. Maybe 16 at the most. The chairs are uncomfortable. The environment is unprofessional. Most people at extremely immature. Your work is unfulfilling and utterly pointless.

Pros

The kindest employers and co-workers. Great benefits, including lunches and monthly work parties. Flexibility with your hours, as long as you get your work done.

Cons

None that I have seen.

Pros

Good atmosphere. People and leaders mean well, but leave much to be desired. Good direction for a startup buuuut...

Cons

For a startup, they demand perfection on levels that aren't reasonable. There's NO 'grace' for oversights. Leadership is looking for ways to bust/discipline employees, and unknowingly promotes an environment of "always looking over your shoulder". My immediate report was often disconnected and distracted in our 1:1's, losing mine and other Managers' trust and confidence.
