Pros

A truly fantastic place to work. I was so skeptical of all the positive reviews from employees, dismissing them as just another company saying anything to get you through the door. However, this was DEFINETELY not the case with Enfuse; I've only been working here a month but they've really found the perfect recipe for a progressive, inclusive, but also highly accomplished company. They work very hard to ensure all of their employees are happy and work in a way that suits them; but something you can't immediately tell from Enfuse's Linkedin is the calibre of work you'll be assigned to (maybe Enfuse is a little too humble!). Currently clients include McDonald's, The Restaurant Group (who own Wagamamas), Imagination tehcnologies (who develop microchips for TESLA), and so many more high profile clients.

Cons

- We only just hit 30 employees, so it is very much a small company; the nature of which means you'll end up in very varied projects, especially at a junior level which won't be ideal for everyone. But quite frankly the variety of work I can do is one of my main reasons for joining! - Enfuse is a hybrid/flexible working company, which makes it rare to see everyone in person. This is mitigated by having quarterly 'away days' attended by every one to update eachother on current projects, daily (online) morning calls where everybody shares their highlights from the previous and current days, regular socials, and those who crave physical company typically arrange to meet others in a convenient WeWork office (I do this most days!)

Pros

Nice office and lots of social events held.

Cons

Leadership lacks consistency and people experience, and there is often a noticeable gap between the values promoted by the organisation and the behaviours experienced in practice. Constructive challenge is not always welcomed, which can make open and honest conversations difficult. Leaders are really aloof and do not really engage with people. Career progression is unclear, with limited transparency around promotion decisions, project allocation and what is genuinely required to advance. This can create a perception that opportunities are not always distributed fairly. People who raise concerns feel labelled rather than listened to. The work can become repetitive, with a heavy focus on governance, reporting and stakeholder management. There is also a significant emphasis on sales, internal initiatives and business development, which can sometimes outweigh the focus on delivering meaningful consulting outcomes.
