Deceptive, Unethical, Poorly Managed, No Sense of Direction - Anonymous employee Enfin Technologies Employee Review

Very pathetic management, no values for employees. CTO is an arrogant person, don’t have enough knowledge on any technology. But behaves like he is the master mind (with his foolish ideas and showoff). His main hobby is to watch porn sites during the office time. One day he forget to clear the history and opened recent closed tab (that he was watching porn during the office time) in front of the lady employees. They were intented to complaint but they know that they will be targeted, because he is one of the management member. Not a good place for ladies (still prefer stay away from CTO). He don’t know the meaning of “shame” that’s why he still holds such a great position. It’s almost an year they cut PF amount from employees salary and if the employees asked for UAN they always telling that still entering the names in the PF account. HR!, Another big failure. Doesn’t have wisdom for her professional experience. Not provide all the papers after the resignation. If asked for any document react like some one asked for her traditional property. Always behaves like she is the father of the directors. Almost all experience employees were resigned because of these two id.ts. Suggestion:- If you have another option then go for it.
