Cons
From the majority partner, you can expect to work non-stop and with no brakes. He will not be pleased to step out of his office and find you taking a break in the break room/kitchen, or on your work station. It will be a topic at every company meeting that he doesn't feel the teams are giving 100%, and sometimes 110% is requested. The company is always under-staffed to keep pressure on employees, and it tends to take on more projects than it can handle.
The Senior Admin and HR positions tend to be run by the same person, which makes it complicated since the person managing/aiding those roles is terribly unqualified and unprofessional.
The salary is not competitive and after working there for a few months, you will easily receive better offers. Benefits are horrible. You are looking at roughly $500 for single person insurance coverage, and around $1200 for family coverage. They will not match anything after any number of working hours on your 401k.
