      Pros

      Helping people in the community receive resources for heating and cooling.

      Cons

      The person that trained me never gave me a chance. She contacted my temp agency after just hours of being there and said "I wasn't a good fit for the company" whatever that means. But she was nice enough to let me take notes of the manual for 5 extra hours. And told me what time to be there the next day. Even though she had already told my temp agency I was being let go. Very unprofessional.

      Pros

      Knowledgeable and helpful coworkers who were easy to get along with on a day to day basis.

      Cons

      CEO and Interim CFO both are abusive, incompetent and lacks (very poor) leadership skills and integrity. They both lack the necessary skill, ability, and overall qualities to effectively lead. The CEO is a bully Who is very aggressive, hostile and disrespectful. It’s the incompetent Interim CFO who has created a toxic and unhealthy workplace environment for employees.
