Pros
This company is a great place to work. They are growing and taking things to another level. Even though they are growing rapidly and things are changing, they still keep it feeling like a "small business atmosphere and everyone is family style." When the CEO, David Ely arrives everyday, he makes sure he walks around to every person and says Hello. That means a lot to employees and really shows us that he cares about the morale in the office. Also, they women never have to brush the snow off their cars in the evening and when a woman enters a meeting, all gentlemen stand up. That is saying a lot for issues in the workplace pertaining to woman's equal rights and fair pay.
Cons
Since it is a small business, they are not offering new employees medical benefits but they do try to make up for it in other area's.
