Pros

You're constantly surrounded by talented, caring, hardworking people. I've never been part of a culture like it and it makes going to work everyday so much fun. I've seen 70+ people get hired since starting here, and 1 person has decided to leave on their own..and it was for a dream job in a different industry so nobody blamed them. Most importantly, the product and services work. It's a real value add for clients and the company truly cares about doing the right things and educating the industry on best practices. Something that's been missing in the space forever. All in all, combining everyone's talent and ambition with an industry changing product, sky's the limit.

Cons

It's super hard to get in. There's multiple screenings/interview rounds.

Pros

Working at Energy CX has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The company fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and genuine care—for both its clients and its employees. From day one, I felt welcomed, supported, and challenged in the best ways. Leadership at Energy CX is transparent and approachable, always encouraging feedback and new ideas. The energy industry can be complex, but Energy CX makes it exciting. The team is full of driven, passionate individuals who thrive on helping clients find smarter, more sustainable solutions. It's fast-paced, but the energy (pun intended) is unmatched. If you're looking for a place where you can grow, contribute meaningfully, and be part of a forward-thinking team, I can't recommend Energy CX highly enough.

Cons

If you're not comfortable with a high-performance, results-driven atmosphere, it can feel overwhelming. Additionally, because the company is scaling quickly, some internal processes and communication structures are still evolving. This can occasionally lead to ambiguity or the need for more self-direction, particularly for newer team members. However, these are the types of growing pains you’d expect from a company that’s ambitious and expanding. If you’re adaptable, proactive, and eager to be part of something exciting and impactful, Energy CX offers a fantastic platform to thrive.
