Pros
The people are amazing. The only reason I stuck with the company after it got sold was because of the people. This sentiment is shared across the company. The work is high pressure and often difficult. If you can succeed in this environment, then you will have the experience needed to write your ticket anywhere.
Cons
Senior management doesn't understand that giving people a "competitive" salary doesn't compensate them for the level of commitment and burnout that is encouraged to succeed. It is very easy to find a position at another company that has a "competitive" salary and features less work and less responsibility. Benefits are mediocre, at best. Your pay scale is dictated by your billing rate. If you are an A player, then you will hit a ceiling quickly with nowhere to go. Promotions are dictated by years spent at the company rather than skill level. The bonus structure is a joke. $1,500 for the entire year is an impressive bonus.
