Pros
This company is a great place to start out a career and even progress through mid-later stages of a career depending on what you value. The work culture is perfect, flexible schedules, and fairly competitive pay for 1-3 years of experience (I cannot speak for more than that).
Cons
Biggest complaint is the company's finances are odd, particularly ESOP. This company used to be an employee owned company with a stock plan, however they had to sell off (and use loans...) in order to payout the ESOP payments to people retiring. Employees had no say in this decision (probably for the best, otherwise Enercon would have laid off a ton of people). Regardless, huge red flag for me and sadly that was one of the reasons many had joined on initially. Raises are strange. Did not keep up with inflation. Bonuses are also non-existent for the majority due to the company being acquired by a private firm.
