      Pros

      Good commission rates. Very good installations in some areas. Fast service to customers and a great group of service teck's.

      Cons

      Will claw back your commission if anything goes wrong. Not a good marketing department. Top management cares only about bottom line and not about the staff. Company doesn't control leads by the Teck's so if you are new hard to get Teck leads.

      Open leadership, lots of changes that can bring a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      You can burn yourself out, there's too many things going on. It could seem chaotic.

      A lot of job security easy work

      Cons

      because the jobs overall are so stable, lots of low performers stay on and it dilutes the overall quality of the work. an older crowd that has drank the cool-aid and accepted that the processes and systems here are terrible. lower than average pay. not challenging
