very good resources, knowledgeable people, great culture and amazing benefits. My favorite company I have worked for so far

Huge company sometimes makes it hard to learn outside of your expertise, and hard to move within the company, especially from Enel Green Power to Enel X or vice versa for example. I ended up leaving because of budget cuts which was unfortunate, hope we had been given more of a heads up instead of one month notice. Austin office also closed down.

Very few things to enjoy about this company.

- No longer allow remote work. - Layoffs happen regularly and without warning. - If you are not Italian, you will not be promoted. - Behind the times and not willing to evolve.
