Pros

- Flexible working schedule! - Great team! - Excellent management! - Ethical work practices! - Professional environment that offers opportunity to develop professionally! - Very capable back office and highly sophisticated treasury department! EncoreFX is a great place for entrepreneurs to prosper. It is an excellent company to develop experience in business and the FX markets. Management is determined to provide its employees with a path to success. I have been very happy working here and haven't looked back since leaving another FX company.

Cons

Like any company there is days that you dislike your job, but EncoreFX provides you all the opportunity in this industry. If you're not self motivated in business development, I wouldn't recommend this company as we're highly competitive and very driven to succeed as the premier FX provider.
