Pros
Culture is very positive, no blaming or finger pointing going on here. Everyone is super helpful and nice. I'm blown away by how amazing everyone is. Ability to Learn and grow - you get access to a Udemy account and have time to learn. On top of that there are so many opportunities to progress and get certs or whatever if you want it. One staff member was inspiring to see how they started out at the bottom and then after a few years were already in a high level position. Work from home for some positions - My role is work from home which is amazing and they are pretty flexible depending on what role you have. Bigger company with nice offices, if you work onsite in the office I made a trip there and they are very nice. There is also a gym there to use and the vibes seem really cool. Benefits are great - healthcare has low deductibles and is affordable coming with multiple plans to choose from and including vision/dental. Holidays are way more than the standard here. Vacation is generous and the small things like maternity leave and 401k etc are here too. Compensation is very good here, even though there is no xmas bonus the amount I get paid makes up for not getting one. A company that has their stuff together - changes are well thought out and carefully done. A lot of proactive work rather than reactive. There are so many talented people here and plenty to learn from. Bottom Line - I wake up every day so thankful to work here and I'm so excited the future. After a lot of years in the industry I didn't know I could actually come to work and be generally happy to be here. While I've been here only a short time I can generally see myself here for more than a decade unless something changes. I get paid well, benefits are great, work load isn't crazy especially since a lot is proactive and not reactive, and no oncall since they have a dedicated team 24/7 for overnight issues. That's all I've wanted for so long.
Cons
401k match is only at 2%, it would be nice to see that at the standard 4% or higher. No Christmas bonuses (very small cons considering my pros)
