My team at Encore Live felt like family. We spent so much time together and put on some incredible events. I gained so much experience and it was an amazing experience

Work/life balance, heavy workload, frequent turnover. I think a larger team would be beneficial so work could be delegated

Office was nice and air conditioned

Liars. They take deposits from events and use it for payroll. Too much pressure on employees to do well with little to zero process and management help. The lying, the way employees are treated and more is deplorable.
