      DMO is all about perception of others although she does not realize how she comes across herself. Communication with admissions office tends to be delayed or miscommunicated. Lack of training with no clear expectation of the job.

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
