Pros
Therapy staff is fabulous. The disciplines work together as a team. Everyone is very caring and will always go out of their way to provide an environment of comfort and compassion.
Cons
They continue to implement extra forms to fill out in attempt to increase patient satisfaction but in reality the patients don't care about those things... At least not in the way they've done it.
