Working for Encompass Health was OK. Good benefits. Average pay. Great knowing the work I did was helping a lot of people. Some very nice, well-meaning people there.

Pros
There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!
Cons
Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
