      Clean facility, good benefits, good doctors, work as a team, opportunities for new grads, good food, specialized therapy equipment

      large patient loads with no regard to acuity, all about the bottom line and then wonder why patient satisfaction is low, below average pay

      Great team work between departments most of the time Being a part of a patient's recovery and seeing them go home successfully Celebrations within the hospital for staff

      Some departments work in silos with a "that's not my job" mentality
