      The were few Pros working for this company; however, salary and benefits were above average for this area.

      Cons

      All departments need to work together instead of trying to tear each other down. Management does not abide by the ethics of the company and condones mistreat of staff by other staff.

      Great team work between departments most of the time Being a part of a patient's recovery and seeing them go home successfully Celebrations within the hospital for staff
