Patient types vary, giving the floor nurse lots of experiences. for the most part, the company cares for it's employees, having a company picnic in the summer, small gifts for the holidays and nurses week.
Cons
Patient load is heavy sometimes, which can be frustrating. The type of work is difficult sometimes.
