      PRN rate is pretty decent

      Cons

      I applied to transition to a full time position from PRN. I am a relatively new PTA with 1.5 years experience. They offered less than 30$ per hr and would not negotiate at all. That seemed very low to me for a specialized rehab hospital where therapy is supposed to be the backbone of their business.

      Pros

      Great team work between departments most of the time Being a part of a patient's recovery and seeing them go home successfully Celebrations within the hospital for staff

      Cons

      Some departments work in silos with a "that's not my job" mentality
