      Jacksonville Leadership is Toxic. They treat employees horribly. This is apparent by high turn over and employee retention.

      Great team work between departments most of the time Being a part of a patient's recovery and seeing them go home successfully Celebrations within the hospital for staff

      Cons

      Some departments work in silos with a "that's not my job" mentality
