Encoda provides strong teamwork and access to materials to learn and improve, they provide flexibility and understanding that's invaluable.

The health benefits could be a little better but they are still pretty good and they don't cost an arm and a leg which is nice.

When I am not under management's thumb for random last minute tasks, that I had made them aware of months prior, I was able to be left alone and highly succussed at my job.

Management does not care. Does not listen to concerns. Does not offer praise, or raises. ($.15 is not a raise) over load your work load. does not answer emails, or chats. No room for growth.
