Pros
Great co-workers and exceptional leadership team. The breath of experience is vast and everyone works really well together. There are no ego's here. The environment is also collaborative so issues get discussed openly and solutions get bubbled to the top.
Gainesville is also a great place to live. The weather is not too hot and not too cold. The Spanish Moss that hangs from the Live Oaks is beautiful and the beaches are only an hour away.
Cons
No snow days! But seriously, there really aren't any negatives things to say. The technology is game changing. If there was a con, it would be that we don't know how big this will get. Our batteries last for 30 years and will help stabilize electric grids and establish microgrids for areas that don't get electricity now.
