Never dull moment because it's a company on the move and there's such a wide variety of folk here. It's a meritocratic organisation, and it's of a size where individuals can make a mark. Authentic integrity and some really clever people. Resources are being focussed on solid underlying growth rather than short-term wins.
Cons
It's not (yet) a brand name that has wide recognition so it's hard building up inertia. Working remotely requires a deliberate effort to stay connected.
