They advise you to learn new tech after work and in weekends making you tired mentally and physically. 4. Have to come to office each and every day. (easy to get a day off than requesting a WFH) 5. Have a HR department that acts like they own the place. 6. New Directors/managers do not have any idea about product making it very hard even impossible to explain what is going on and what are the challenges. 7. New upper management favors people from former company. (even go as further as recruiting inexperienced people only based on their loyalty to this individual)
