Good place to work overall. The work culture is simple and straightforward, no unnecessary politics, and your work is acknowledged. There's also room to grow if you're willing to put in the effort, which matters a lot in the long run. Salaries are always on time and full & final settlements are handled without any issues. WFH is treated the same as working from office, same responsibilities, same expectations. No difference at all.
