Pros
Good flexibility. AWS is nice to have. Benefits seem to be good. People I work with are great.
Cons
Upper management doesn't listen to the employees and doesn't provide any good information when asked. They provide a small amount of information that everyone already knew then tries to act like they've done everyone a big favor.
