Pros
Good pay. Good supervisors and coworkers.
Cons
The job was very stressful because, when you were on-call, you had to be on-call for too many assets that you had no familiarity with. When I was on-call, I had to be on-call for five different plants, and at least ten different compressor stations. I only had familiarity with the one plant that I worked at, so being on-call for five plants and around ten different compressor stations was very stressful because you were expected to be able to repair things at a plant, or compressor station, that you don't work at and have no familiarity with! You get called out to a plant, or a compressor station, you normally don't work at, and you're scratching your head how to fix the problem!
