There were constant changes in products, processes, and strategies without proper planning. * Management lacked clarity and organization, which created confusion at the center level. * Managers were often relaxed and disconnected from ground-level challenges while continuously putting pressure on the team for targets and conversions. Most of the burden was pushed onto counsellors and center teams. * Excessive sales pressure and unrealistic expectations affected employee morale and work-life balance. * Frequent hiring and firing created an unstable work environment, and many employees were terminated without proper communication or justification. * HR support was poor and responses were often delayed or ignored,they don't even care to reply
