There are a bunch of people from whom you can learn new skills, discuss on topics, and all. They have a very nice Mentorship structure in place, that helps you with discussions on things that you will not normally say upfront. The office space is very good. We have free tea and coffee and subsidized lunch.

A lot of teams, and you are sometime uncertain what project you will be on. Sometime you are on bench and jumping from one project to another which can be bad for focus and skill building.
