Friendly and helpful teammates and mangers. Everyday something new is to get learn. After working more than 3years still more responsibility and opportunities are given . Product is vast which makes more interest to work here. To learn more about the product. If you want to be a success then you will learn here how to be a success. In life and in your professional job.. Free to used any technology without any restrictions. Training on new technologies is also provided by the team. You get an opportunity to work in security level too .. Etc.. Lots of things which can't be describe now... I am glad and happy to be a member of this organisation.
Cons
Each day a new challenge. Which makes more dedication towards work. If you are a good developer then you will not get frustrated with new and difficult challenges. You get a responsibility to be a team lead, assistant manager... Opportunities are open for all including for 1 year of experience developer. Work load is more but without work load and pressure no one can learn or can identify his skills. This makes my skills and confidence high instead of fearing or running from work load or from any responsibilities. I used to take challenge with myself to complete the task. This is taught by this organisation to me.
