blend of ALF in outpatient, decent pay

Cons

Pressured by CD and upper management to bill for reassessments that I had never seen, i refused and quit so that I wouldn’t risk my license.

What you describe is not consistent with our expectations, and we take concerns like this seriously. Pros

The work is satisfying. Working in ALF is great because it is working in their own home setting.

Cons

You are dependent on the rehab director of the building to help build the caseload, and often times they do not get compensation that motivates them to do that. The area directors do not have a good pulse on what the clinic director is actually doing; it’s not managed well.
