Where do I even start. Inexperienced management that seems to be on a constant power trip. Driving up metrics, micromanaging every second of your day, then getting upset when there is any type of feedback given to them about it.
If you work in the call center, good luck moving to any other department. Unless you are a favorite of a manager, which clearly was the case for a select few, you will be stuck on the phones. There is no career advancement in sales besides more awful sales roles.
All calls are recorded and will be played back during weekly 1on1s with management. If you don’t meet their unrealistic goals or expectations, you are put on a performance plan and/or threatened.
This entire company and its business model is a joke. Old technology and outdated systems that are constantly failing. Poor products that underperform in the market which leads to upset customers and lost business.
Do yourself a favor and run far away from this place.
