Pros
People are essentially nice wherever you go and this is no different at NCI. Benefits are offered along the lines of many other companies in the same space.
Cons
Departments work in silos and rarely engage with each other. Exceedingly poor first day and first month experience. No effort is made to create a welcoming atmosphere and outline what the company does or is trying to do. No sense of belonging to a shared vision.
