Pros

1. Great team mates and team members. People at EH are exceptional and it makes for an exciting work environment to be surrounded by so much talent 2. Great company from the outside 3. Potentially a great place to work, if you joined product or dev, but avoid CX Delivery if you can

Cons

1. Untrustworthy CX Leadership Team 2. Toxic culture coming from the CX Leadership Team 3. Leadership team turnover, which cycles through new leaders every 6 months resulting in constantly changing strategy and plans 4. Micro management leadership styles 5. Psychology unsafe place to work, where speaking up will see you restructured out of your role, or put on a warning 6. Nepotism is rife and you've got to be mates with the c-suite in order to thrive at EH regardless of skill or experience. In my time at EH I witnessed multiple cycles of leaders, but things were starting to finally improve when we got a new COO and GM of CX. And in an impressively short amount of time, they decimated all the great work and positive culture that had been created. Since leaving I have been contacted by old colleagues throughout the business lamenting how toxic and awful a place it has become to work. Leaving a review like this is not in my nature, as I do not want to seem like a disgruntled ex-employee but I do want to warn other young talent out there that sometimes the grass isn't greener and things can be too good to be true. I do not recommend you work in CX at EH, and based on the huge number of staff and managers leaving I don't think anyone else does either.
