Pros

There are some very decent hardworking people here, however, that does not extend to leadership. They profit off our work, lay off the wrong people (20% of the company since March) all the while making billions in revenue.

Cons

Mass layoffs. However, still giving promotions out... the audacity to promote your buddies while laying off good harkworking individuals. Absolutely soulless management that casts off people in this market. Moral of the story? Do not every work for a company that Apollo Global Management bought off. They're laying everyone off to prepare for a sale, it is so obvious. Their silly bonus restructure early in the year was a hint. Took away the managers bonus but gave a gauranteed (nerfed) bonus structure to the tech force. Get rid of all the managers / senior recruiters, engineers etc and keep the tech force until the sale.

Really like people I work with daily and Enjoy my customers.

Cons

They push out the wrong people. The ones who have been with company for a while that are in management are the problem. They don’t lead and don’t know how to lead. I’ve asked for help and been ignored, no response. All our support has been taken away, we’re on islands to fend for ourselves. Several people are set up for failure from the get go. All the people who just went to Florida have been with the company a while and no one knows what they do because they certainly aren’t helping BDMs. They blame BDMs saying we’re not bringing in agreements. We do but they don’t get filled and there’s nothing we can do about that. Managers don’t show up for meetings, they do a lot of talking about what’s going to happen and it never does.
