      Pros

      Lots of energy. Smart, growing team. Great combination of youth & experience. Understands where they want to go and how they want to get there. Product spent a lot of time in beta to identify issues / pain-points. Good overall approach.

      Cons

      Startup life isn't for everyone. Be ready to wear multiple hats, get to work, and collaborate. Not true cons but if you're a big corp person, there'll be some adjustments for you. Need to be a self-starter and self-motivator. You're going to own things from idea to execution, so be prepared.

      Pros

      This startup has it all. Great leadership + team + culture = happy customers. Everyone on the team has a clear rock that gets set each quarter and reviewed weekly during all hands. Feedback is non-stop (we're in an open office) and you're given a lot of autonomy. The founders are very transparent but metric driven so everyone knows where they and the company stands. The company has raised VC funding and has a lot of happy customers.

      Cons

      The early days were rocky as the product was in beta but the company is definitely in growth mode now which comes with longer hours and more exciting challenges to tackle. This is not for people who want an easy 9-5 job.
