Flexible PTO benefits employer more than employee since it is not paid out when leaving and not all managers encourage taking time off.

New CEO has come in and people are leaving in droves. Jerry has no HR tech experience and has never run a company of this scale and it shows. The CHRO and CCO are leaving this month. Both are a big loss to the organization and it sends a message to the rest of the company that they don't believe in the new CEO or the future direction of the company.
