Good sales training Respected products Flexibility with schedule

Cons

Very repetitive work The more product you sell the more your quota goes up - which makes it harder to make more money. LOTS of paperwork Expense reports are daunting to fill out every week Base salary could be higher

The compensation plan, the employees passion for the job they do

Cons

disorganized training for the individual job hired for, undefined policies and procedures for departmental processes ( a more learn as you go approach), poor communication from leadership and contracting department when there is a change or update, lack of supervisor availability, poor interactions with supervisors when available and overuse of delegation
