      I can no longer provide pros for this company.

      Cons

      Too top heavy in leadership. Company is losing respect from the community. No longer about the patients. All about the numbers now. Staff is disrespectful towards each other and leadership fails to address obvious problems. Company doesn’t staff appropriately and demands too much from minimal staffing.

      All of FL RN pay could be better, no real exception there. Driving long distances can be taxing.

      Pros

      Mixed experience overall. The PTO and benefits are excellent and would provide a strong work-life balance if you were able to use them. Amazing opportunity to impact people at a critical time.

      Extremely stressful environment with leaders regularly working extremely long hours due to understaffing.
