Great - Director Emmaus Ministries Employee Review

I loved working with men in street prostitution at Emmaus and sharing the love of Christ with them. This is a unique population that really needs His love, and Emmaus has served them well for a long time.

In the last few years, mid-level leadership started affirming beliefs directly contrary to core value/belief statements. Upper level leadership did not resolve the contradictions in viewpoints among staff.

Supportive environment. Meaningful work. You get to make a difference.

Very specific office culture that can be stifling to people who don't naturally fit in.
