It is a relaxed environment, offer free tuition for full time employees, and have retirement matching and a comprehensive benefit package, Staff get a shortened flex-time work week during summer. Most employees tend to stay for a long time. Administration works hard to provide affordable benefits. Free access to athletic events.
Cons
Application process is slow/intentional (but that can be a good thing). Inconsistent office hours across campus can be frustrating to peers.
