      Excellent environment with a great group of people who really care about the people they represent. Good benefits and amazing bosses who are always open to new ideas and perspectives.

      Cons

      Must be able to handle the face paced environment and be able to be very flexible when problems with clients arise.

      Competitive salary, flexible work schedule, good benefits

      Cons

      No 401k, absolutely the worst training ever. Training is left to the attorneys who really do not have the proper time to dedicate to tell you before you make a mistake what to avoid. It is literally trial by fire. First six months will go well and then you are on your own. Outside the attorneys, the longest employee here has been employed for just over a year.
