Pros
Excellent culture to which everyone knows the value they bring to the overall patient experience, even here from the corporate office. The feel is like a tech start-up in healthcare and that's a positive for me. Leadership at all levels are approachable and show genuine concern.
Cons
It is a time of transition from a medium-sized company to a larger one. Growth pains around communication and change are to be expected but the light at the end of the tunnel will make it all worth it.
