Pros
Great sense of culture and community. I love everyone I work with and they are all intelligent and hard working people. Has a great profit sharing plan for retiring.
Cons
Emerson tells you from day 1 that if you're there for money you're in the wrong place. No performance bonuses so all workers all get the same raises. During COVID, corporate rushed to get everyone back into the office. Didn't seem the safest despite safety being Emerson's #1 priority. Very hard to move up in the ladder. May have to switch roles and departments to get a big promotion.
