      investment is good but poorly targeted & defined

      Cons

      Lots of words and promises - never met very poor communication at all levels no care for people - play them until not needed very poor benefits and salary compared to the market

      Pros

      Location, Flexibility, Energetic and lively environment.

      Cons

      Lack of progression and support to staff and thus causing good staff to leave. Large amount of redundancy. Low Salaries
