      Can't figure it out since a high turn around in employees and management.

      Cons

      Place is to big for its own good. Machines running at minimal maintenance. Can't make up there mind if they want production or quality

      Pros

      Great family-oriented place to work. Inclusive of all diversity! Great management who really care about their employees! Offers comparable benefits! I love working here - many of the employees have been here for years.

      Cons

      Very challenging although I do not really see this as a con! It definitely keeps your mind engaged.
