When it comes to the 4 major departments, it's an us vs them mentality. Production leadership has too much power. Executive leadership is just there to collect pay checks, and travel. No highly trained department heads. Good ole boy system. Alot of back stabbing. If you're not in the click, then your stay at emco won't be long. Plant Mamagment only cares about protecting their own jobs.

Great market for people laid off in the oil industry

Management are not trained managers and are only in the positions because they know the product. Managers complain about having to train new hires. There are no processes or procedures.
