      Benefits are great, as are at most universities.

      Some staff can be quite myopic. There is a small town mentality in Prescott, and the staff often represented that.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
